The discount counts every logo glass in your order together — four wine glasses and eight beer glasses are twelve glasses. You see it in the basket before you pay.

The discount applies to the glasses themselves, not to shipping. A discount code is then taken over what is left. Glass sets have their own set price and do not count towards it.

How it works
Upload your logo
An SVG, or a PNG with a transparent background, works best. We convert it to pure black and white — that is what the laser can put into glass.
Check the proof
You see on screen exactly how the glass will look, including a line of text underneath if you want one. Not right? Adjust it, or upload a different file.
Order and receive
Pick the quantity — the ladder does the maths — and order. If you want to see a physical sample glass before the run, ask for one on the quote page.
What we need from your logo
Engraving is not printing: the laser knows no colour and no greys, only on and off. That decides which file works.
Vector or a sharp PNG
SVG, AI or EPS is ideal. A PNG is fine too, as long as it is at least 1000 pixels wide with a transparent or white background.
Pure black and white
We convert your logo automatically. A logo that relies on colour difference — two shades of blue side by side — loses its contrast in the process. Ask us to look at it first.
No hairline strokes
Lines thinner than half a millimetre disappear in glass. We thicken them automatically until the laser can hold them.
No vector file?
Then we redraw your logo, a one-off €10-25. Ask for it on the quote page.
Frequently asked questions
- From how many glasses do I get a discount?
- 10% from 5 glasses, rising to 25%. There is nothing to fill in or apply for: as soon as enough logo glasses are in your basket, the discount is there. Above 250 pieces we would rather write you a custom quote.
- Do different glasses count together?
- Yes. The ladder looks at the total number of logo glasses in your order, not at how many of one kind you take. Six wine glasses and six beer glasses are twelve glasses.
- Does the discount apply to glasses with a photo or drawing?
- No. The ladder is for business runs and applies to the logo glasses. An engraved portrait or line drawing is a gift for one person, and a volume price does not belong on it.
- Can you engrave a name or a date as well?
- Yes. A line or two of text fits under the logo, in one of the three typefaces you pick on the product page. If you want every glass to carry its own name — for a team or an anniversary — ask for that on the quote page.
- Do I get a proof before the whole run is engraved?
- You see on screen how the glass will look straight away. A physical sample glass before the run is possible too: ask for it on the quote page and we send one first.
- Can I pay by invoice?
- Business customers pay by invoice with a 14-day term from the second order onward. Arrange it through the quote page; in the regular shop you pay by iDEAL, card or PayPal.
- How long does it take?
- Allow 5-10 working days from the moment the design is settled, depending on the quantity. Have a hard date — a trade fair, an anniversary, the Christmas drinks? Put it in your request and we tell you honestly what is feasible.
- Does the engraving come off in the dishwasher?
- No. The engraving is in the glass, not on it: there is nothing to peel, fade or wear away. Dishwasher-safe, for years.
