How are shipping costs calculated?
Our shipping costs are based on our carriers’ actual rates. Those depend on the size and weight of your parcel and on the destination country: shipping a ceramic tile to France simply costs more than within the Netherlands.
The table shows the lowest and highest rate per country for a single product. The exact rate for your order is always shown at checkout, before you pay.
Orders from €40 ship free in Nederlandene, Belgien, Tyskland og Frankrig. In other countries your order also ships free above the threshold whenever the shipping rate is below €8.
